• Our initial research report will be presented to you within 20 days of instruction.
• Selected candidates will be approached by SSG Legal and met by one of our Partners for an initial screening within the next 20 days.
• The interview process is then initiated. At SSG Legal, we take real pride in the support the Executive Search team provides clients. We can manage the interview process closely, counselling both sides, so that it rarely takes more than eight weeks and often as few as six to reach an agreement.
• SSG Legal has 15 years of Executive Search enabling us to manage the process and pre-empt potential problems. Normally, this would allow you to make an offer to your chosen candidate within 3 months of our initial mandate.
